The Liverpool Walk of Faith is a collaboration between the Merseyside Council of Faiths, the Liverpool City Council, the Merseyside Police and the people of the region.

Liverpool's faith communities have a rich and diverse history. These communities have contributed greatly to the culture, economy and politics of the Merseyside region. Their histories are rich and include in many cases the oldest religious settlements in Europe.

2003 saw the first annual Walk of Faith which included hundreds of people celebrating diversity and showing solidarity by undertaking to do the walk of faith together.
